About the Series
Behind every routine is a story
CheerCore Jags is a small-town all-star cheerleading program in Collingwood, Ontario. It doesn't compete like one. The sport itself is full-contact, and built on split-second trust, teammates catching teammates, practice after practice, until it's automatic. More Than Cheer follows a full competition season, and the lessons that come with it, the kind you only learn from the trust built between teammates.
Watch long enough and notice it's the small moments that stick. Coaches with decades in the sport, leading with data, science and compassion to create a psychologically safe space for athletes to be challenged.
Athletes learning integrity not because they were told to, but because they watched it modeled for them. It isn't just about cheerleading. It's about what happens when kids are surrounded by people who believe in them, first as a season and data backed training, intention with every choice. This is More Than Cheer.
